b) Mental Performance like psychometric paper pencil tests PC-based psychometric tests and simulation based testing systems
c) Social Competences like group scenario tests and corresponding rating systems.
d) Pilot specific Operational Competences (simulation based) like psychomotor abilities, spatial abilities, multitasking, strategic information processing, problem solving)
